I'm in Charleston for the next little while and it is freezing outside. (In a very wimpy sort of way.)
The weather in Phoenix was topping the 100's this weekend, so anything below 70 is a shock to my system and I've been craving warm, cozy comfort food.
Mushroom bourguignon in particular. We made
this recipe a week or so back. It was rich, delicious, and surprisingly healthy. The perfect remedy for a chill.
